What is included:

Rental includes access from Thursday evening to Sunday
Covered area for ceremony, enclosed area for reception
Brand new ADA compliant men's and women's bathrooms
Tables & chairs provided...seating for up to 200 (you may rent more if needed)
Space for yard games
Beautiful grounds for pictures
Parking and attendant

What’s not included:

Catering.
Bartending services.
Linens. The user must provide any and all linens for tables and chairs

Venue Rule/Expectations

Each rental includes setup and breakdown time within the rental time frame.
Table and chair setup/breakdown are the responsibility of the renter.
All festivities should conclude by 11:00 pm on the event date. Exceptions may be allowed at the Farm’s sole discretion.
No dogs or pets of any kind
Outside vendors are allowed.
Alcohol can be brought in by the renter and served. No cash bars are allowed. Designated bartender(s) must be arranged to serve alcoholic drinks. No underage consumption of alcohol is allowed on the premises.
Unless otherwise arranged with management, all decorations, personal belongings, and trash must be removed from the venue the night of the event.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Only BatteryOperated Candles may be used for decorating. No live flames of any sort!
Smoking is allowed, but only in a designated smoking area.
